Titanic Quarter presents its first retail opportunities on the ground floor of the Abercorn Residential Complex ‘The Arc' situated overlooking the waterfront at Abercorn Basin adjacent to the Odyssey Arena and leisure Pavilion.
This phase of construction within Titanic Quarter will include ‘The Arc' (475 apartments), landmark Gateway Offices (150,000 sqft) and the new Belfast Institute Campus (1,400 full time and 12,000 part time students).
Also within Titanic Quarter are the Northern Ireland Science Park (NISP) and Channel Commercial Park (CCP). The NISP is currently home to over 1,000 employees with a target of over 3,000 upon completion whilst CCP currently provides employment for over 500 employees.
Retail opportunities are now available in units up to 9,000 sqft for bars and restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, gift shops, pharmacy, optician, video rental, dry cleaner, crèche and fashion etc.
